Well maintained bodywork...
Stuart & rugby at King's School
Under 14 squad in the 1997/1998 season, and under 15 squad in 1998/1999.

In the 1999/2000 season, Stu was one of 46 players representing the 2nd XV.
They won 13 of the 21 games played in the regular season, and 4 of the 6 games played in their Southern Hemisphere Tour (including games in Australia, South Africa and Singapore).

In the 2000/2001 season, the 2nd XV won 17 of their 19 games;
"... and Stuart Wilson, who was the only player to appear in every game, had the happy knack of scoring tries when it really mattered."

Playing for the 1st XV in the 2001/2002 season, Stuart also took part in their undefeated tour to Canada, and was quoted as being one of two "first choice flankers by the end of the tour."
Upper body
But now that he has left school,
how does he manage to stay so well toned?

We know, from his friends in Team Handsome, that he spends a lot of time in the gym.

And in the Big Brother house, even on such a high carbohydrate diet, Stu managed very well.

For a lean physique, on a high carb diet, there has to be a consistently high energy output.

Here are some of the ways Stu's energy was used...
Chest
Running around like a mad thing! Fun and games...

Diving over furniture.
Leaping around as SuperStu.
...even when no-one else will play.
Dancing, even in bed...
Still half under the duvet.
Standing/jumping on the bed. On one knee, almost like Al Jolson.
...and on it!
His technique of fast push-ups burns lots of calories, as well as toning the muscles.
Stu doing push-ups. More push-ups. Even more push-ups - does this guy ever stop?
Side view of him lifting a chair. His weight-lifting technique?

Front view of chair-lifting.
Also more muscle-toning than building.

Look of determination, while lifting.
Stu running round the garden area... His "long-distance" running sessions, and the lengthy sessions on the exercise machine (provided for a few days), are great cardio-vascular workouts. ...and working-out on the exercise machine.
Picture of Stu stretching. And he takes his stretching seriously.

Very important for avoiding muscle injury, and helping towards the toning.
Another stretch picture.
Going for long walks is also a good way of using energy...
Walking in the garden with Michelle. Still walking with Michelle. Yes!! They're still walking.
...and it's a lot better with some pleasant company.

Some additional calorie burning activities...
...which are sometimes overlooked.
Stu and Michelle playing Kiss-Chase. Playing "Kiss-Chase" is fun and energetic.

Snogging is also reported to use a lot of energy, and some people are reported to quite enjoy it.

And then...well, we probably don't need any reminders about how energetic THAT is.
