On the surface
"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and there will be few
beholders who do not agree that Stuart is a good looking guy.
He sometimes looks youthful, sometimes more rugged.
He nearly always looks happy, or at least contented.

He's fit
Stu has maintained a high level of fitness, continuing from his schooldays when he enjoyed some success at sporting activities, particularly playing rugby.
